日前，农业农村部发文对夏收粮油生产贡献突出的9个省份予以通报表扬，湖北省位列其中。据统计部门核定，湖北省夏粮面积1968.56万亩、同比增长0.9%；总产98.11亿斤、同比增长0.4%，总产连续5年保持增长、为近8年最高。夏收油菜面积1892.54万亩、同比增59.09万亩、增幅3.2%；总产292.04万吨、同比增5.95万吨、增幅2.1%，夏油面积、总产创历史新高。
今年夏粮夏油丰产丰收，首先得益于责任压紧压实，面积落实到位。省委、省政府高度重视夏粮夏油生产，以省委农村工作领导小组名义将小麦、油菜面积目标分解到各地。湖北省夏粮播种面积增幅比全国平均水平高0.9个百分点，居中部六省第二；夏油面积在去年高位基础上再扩59万亩，超额完成国家下达任务。
其次，技术指导细致，抗灾生产有力。针对2023年秋播受华西秋雨不利影响，我省推广“以密补迟、以密省肥、以密增产”技术，油菜、小麦基本适期到田；针对年初的低温雨雪冰冻灾害，省财政紧急列支1亿元专项资金支持抗灾救灾，省农业农村厅连续15天视频调度，1.4万名农技人员分片包干服务主体，有力促进苗情恢复；针对病虫偏重发生趋势，出动高效植保机械3782台套，累计预防小麦赤霉病2966.9万亩次，小麦条锈病发生面积比近10年历史同期减少67.4%。
此外，组织调度有序，夏收紧锣密鼓。夏收时节，我省及时召开全省“三夏”工作视频调度会议，省农业农村厅组建“三夏”工作专班，派出22个工作指导组从南到北分区包片督促指导。全面升级荆楚农机服务平台，提前做好组织调度和机具准备，9.2万台联合收割机全速推进夏粮夏油丰收到手，今年夏收任务较常年提早5天完成，是近年来最快的一年。
当前，秋粮作物正处于产量形成关键阶段，丰收在望。聚焦提单产，全省正在开展抗灾害抓田管保目标夺丰收百日行动，全面组织实施秋粮“一喷多促”，打好肥水调控、病虫防治、抗逆稳产组合拳，千方百计增粒重；聚焦保秋收，加强农机检修调度，落实优惠政策，科学安排收获进度；聚焦促秋播，坚持“稳麦扩油”要求，提早谋划好秋冬播，分解下达目标任务，多措并举抓好小麦、油菜适期到田，夯实明年粮油丰收基础。
