　　重庆市人力资源和社会保障局22日发布该市人社部门助力乡村振兴情况。数据显示，截至2024年7月，重庆共建成就业帮扶车间629个，吸纳就业12030人(其中脱贫人口4761人)。

　　2024年1月至7月，重庆共组织开展农村劳动力培训2.67万人次，其中脱贫人口1.79万人次；全市困难群体基本养老保险参保率持续稳定在99%以上；当地招募“三支一扶”大学毕业生752名；累计1036名专家深入基层开展600余次技术帮扶工作，实现市级乡村振兴重点帮扶乡镇专家服务团全覆盖；此外，山东帮扶重庆农村劳动力转移就业1.91万人，其中脱贫人口转移就业3587人。

　　据介绍，2024年以来，重庆人力社保部门在助力乡村振兴工作上持续发力，把巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接，大力开展就业帮扶促增收、技能帮扶提素质、社保帮扶兜底线、人才帮扶增动力的“四大行动”，持续深化东西部协作，不断拓展鲁渝协作。

　　截至今年7月底，全市脱贫人口务工就业规模(含监测对象)82.2万人，完成全年任务75.11万人的109.4%，同比增长4.1%，超额完成脱贫人口务工就业规模目标任务，助力乡村振兴工作阶段性成效显著。

　　下一步，重庆人社部门将按照助力乡村振兴全年工作要点部署，不断扬优势、补短板、强弱项，重点抓好“四大行动”、深化鲁渝人社协作、开展人社帮扶“一镇一策”，确保该市脱贫人口务工规模稳定在75.11万人以上，山东帮扶农村劳动力就业1.05万人以上，困难群体基本养老保险参保率99%以上，不发生规模性返贫。
