眼下，京郊大地上，一幅生机勃勃的春耕图正铺展开来。今年，北京市多措并举推进春季田管和春耕备耕工作，着力打好全年农业生产“第一仗”，确保粮食生产“开门稳”。
抓好“管”字诀。北京市36万余亩冬小麦陆续进入返青期。农业专家深入田间地头，现场把脉并分区域、分类别提出返青期管理措施；市、区两级技术人员和小麦种植主体2000余人参加线上线下小麦春季管理技术培训和观摩，加强田间管理技术指导；落实“促控结合、分类施策”的水肥管理措施，防范早春“倒春寒”等灾害发生，促麦苗稳健生长。
做足“备”字文。目前，北京市储备种子1100万公斤、农药400吨以上，农资销售门店化肥到位量约3.32万吨；全市计划投入农机具1.2万台。开展农药质量监测和监督抽查，对农药生产者、经营者、使用者和农药登记试验单位实施全方位监管。
狠练“提”字功。今年北京将分品种集成推广良种良田良法，千方百计抓好粮食单产提升行动。确定2024年玉米新品种推介名录，其中高产稳产品种15个，并建立品种推广专员机制，对种植主体提供咨询服务和技术指导；建立小麦优新品种展示示范网络，组织市级小麦联合攻关单位在京郊建立一批杂交小麦品种示范田，推动高产抗逆杂交小麦示范应用；实行蔬菜新品种引领结构优化行动，确定一批优、新、特蔬菜新品种推荐名录，优化品种种植结构。
