“水润荆楚，江米如珠！”3月13日，湖北省优质大米省域公用品牌“江汉大米”在武汉正式发布，并公布《江汉大米》团体标准。湖北农发集团与省农科院共建的江汉大米产业技术研究院揭牌。
“江汉大米”公用品牌正式发布，意味着京山桥米、潜江虾稻、仙桃香米等特色地理标志产品从此拥有一张崭新的名片，标志着湖北优质稻米“省域公用品牌+地方子品牌+企业品牌”矩阵构建迈出关键一步。
江汉平原素有“鱼米之乡”美誉，是全国重点商品粮油基地和淡水养殖基地。4.6万余平方公里的江汉平原，由长江、汉江冲积而成，这里大部海拔50米左右，年均日照时数约2000小时。取天地之精华、吸日月之灵气的江汉大米质优味美，绵软香醇，是南方大米的“代表作”。
在现场大屏中，一粒颗粒细长、晶莹剔透的大米破壳而出，“江汉大米”公用品牌形象正式亮相。“江汉大米”品牌标识，犹如一幅徐徐展开的千年画卷，画卷中心的这粒优质大米，米身通透如珠，形态纤长优美，饱满而富有光泽。“江汉大米”四个字，出自湖北历史名人、宋代著名书法家米芾的字帖，用笔飘逸超迈、自然干练。标识外框的水纹纹样，大小浪花相聚，既代表着江汉平原丰润的水源滋养，也暗喻着长江与汉江的自然交汇。右下角篆刻着“江米如珠”的印章，古朴静美，诗意徜徉。
每一个成功的品牌，都离不开标准的制定、科技的支撑和匠心的守护。活动现场，江汉大米团体标准正式发布，包括稻谷、稻谷生产、稻谷储存、大米、大米储运、大米加工、品牌管理规范七大部分。以此标准，江汉大米从一粒米到一碗饭，再到一条产业链，将实现全流程规范化运作。
当天，由省农科院、省农发集团牵头组建的江汉大米产业技术研究院正式揭牌成立。该研究院将围绕“江汉大米”的品种、栽培、储藏、加工等全链条开展研究，为江汉大米提供智力支持。
“江汉大米”首批授权核心企业现场揭晓，分别为国宝桥米、湖北洪森实业、湖北康宏粮油、湖北庄品健实业、湖北虾乡食品、仙桃市恒泰米业、当阳民天米业、益海嘉里（武汉）粮油工业、江陵巷子深米业、监利名宇米业。
下一步，省农业农村厅、省粮食局将贯彻落实《关于打造“江汉大米”品牌的实施意见》九条措施，大力推动稻米加工水平升级，积极搭建“江汉大米”供应链平台，做好“江汉大米”市场推广，助力“江汉大米”走出湖北、叫响全国。
