　　寒露节气临近。为有效防范晚稻主要气象灾害“寒露风”对农业生产的影响，近日，湖南省长沙市农业农村局组织集中开展“一喷多促”工作，切实保障晚稻生产安全与全年粮食丰收。

　　“寒露风”是南方晚稻抽穗扬花期间常见的低温灾害，常发生于“寒露”节气前后，易导致水稻空壳、瘪粒，造成减产。水稻“一喷多促”是指在水稻生长期间将叶面肥、调节剂、抗逆剂、杀虫杀菌剂等混合喷施，一次作业可以实现促生长发育、促灌浆成熟、促灾后恢复、促产量提高等多重效应，是有灾防灾、无灾增产的关键措施。

　　据悉，中央财政近期下达农业生产防灾救灾资金11.46亿元，专项支持包括湖南在内的13个粮食主产省份实施秋粮“一喷多促”，重点对玉米、大豆、中稻等作物喷施植物生长调节剂、叶面肥、抗逆剂和杀菌杀虫剂等，增强作物抗逆能力，促进产量形成。

　　在此次中央财政支持中，长沙市“一喷多促”补贴覆盖16.5万亩。为扎实推进该项工作，市级统筹专项资金50余万元，用于支持农作物病虫害专业化统防统治组织开展“一喷多促”作业，确保政策落地见效，助力晚稻稳产丰收。

　　目前，长沙市农业农村局正加紧组织各县区开展喷施作业，强化技术指导与服务保障，预计支持补贴“一喷多促”20万亩以上，最大限度减轻“寒露风”等气象灾害影响，夯实秋粮生产基础，为保障国家粮食安全贡献长沙力量。（中国新闻网记者向一鹏刘友琼）
