　　近日，岳阳市屈原管理区与中国农业科学院油料作物研究所签署科技合作协议，联合启动油菜大面积单产提升行动，助力当地油料产业迈向发展新阶段。

　　此次合作聚焦三大目标，包括一年见成效，百亩示范片单产提升20%以上，农户亩均增收150元以上；两年上规模，千亩示范片单产同步提升；三年创标杆，万亩推广片稳定在亩产155公斤以上。双方推动共建油菜新品种展示、油菜高产攻关百亩示范、油料作物试验示范三大基地，延长油菜产业链条，力争将屈原管理区5万亩油料作物基地建设成优质高效生产基地和产业化示范高地，打造可复制推广的大面积油菜单产提升新模式。

　　中国农业科学院油料作物研究所所长张扬勇表示，将以此次合作为契机，发挥科技资源、国家级平台优势和人才资源，组建专家团队下沉一线，察农情、听需求、强服务，推动屈原管理区油料产业增产增效。（湖南日报全媒体见习记者张颖琳通讯员魏璐璇）
