　　近日，阳城县各蚕茧收购点陆续开秤收购，今年该县春季养蚕达1.21万张，预计可产茧55万公斤，带动蚕农增收4000余万元。

　　据了解，为了保证蚕桑产业健康稳定发展，该县出台了蚕桑产业扶持办法。对蚕桑资源保护、优质蚕种蚕茧、大蚕设施、小蚕共育、现代化智能养蚕示范、规模化养蚕，专业镇建设等都给予扶持。同时为调动群众养蚕的积极性，该县还出台了奖补办法，对家庭化年养蚕张数达到10张、20张、30张，生产蚕茧达到400公斤、800公斤、1200公斤，且中准级以上占80％的家庭，分别奖补3000元、5000元和1万元。

　　近年来，阳城县采用农业托管和“公司+基地+农户”的抱团取暖模式，引导桑园向有能力、有技术的养蚕大户合理流转，大力发展规模养蚕。同时在蚕茧定价上，继续实行蚕茧收购议价机制，确保春茧指导价为每公斤62.3元，最大限度保障蚕农的利益。（山西经济日报记者崔振海）
