盛夏，位于江永县千家峒瑶族乡的大片芋叶亭亭玉立、长势良好。湖南星晨农业开发有限公司负责人何子凤告诉记者，得益于该县蔬菜产业扶持政策，公司产业链升级，生产的香芋95%以上用来加工芋圆、芋泥、芋片，价格更高，市场供不应求。
江永县自然条件优越，香型蔬菜、富硒蔬菜一直是该县的“拳头产品”。近两年，该县深化“放管服”改革，全力打造现代蔬菜产业体系，在特色品牌、冷链物流、出口贸易等方面发力，推动江永蔬菜走向全国、远销海外。
该县充分发挥“农担贷”的政策撬动作用，完善融资服务平台建设，并严格落实减税降费等惠企政策。通过统筹整合农产品骨干冷链物流基地项目、湘南供粤港澳蔬菜产业集群项目等发展资金，加大蔬菜产业建设力度。全县农业产业化龙头企业发展到22家，完成农产品加工业营业收入130.19亿元。
该县形成稳固的品牌运营机制，新增地方区域蔬菜公用品牌2个、农业企业品牌22个。全县获得绿色食品、有机农产品和农产品地理标志认证的产品达25个，以香柚、香芋、香姜、香米、香菇为代表的“江永五香”特色农产品品牌全国闻名。去年该县制作的农业系列短剧《江永种菜记》，在当地“刷屏”。
目前，江永以香芋、香姜为主的蔬菜种植面积约30万亩，建成5个万亩高标准供港澳蔬菜供应基地、29个粤港澳大湾区“菜篮子”（果蔬）生产认定基地。该县万吨仓储冷链物流中心，可满足20万亩以上蔬菜基地仓储需求。精准对接粤港澳大湾区和东南亚市场，拓宽出口通道，去年全国首批果蔬拼装直供香港的直通车从江永出发。近3年该县蔬菜出口总值达35.87亿元。（湖南日报全媒体记者 黄柳英 通讯员 唐晓波 杨剑斌）
