　　3月5日至6日，湖南省农业技术推广总站在长沙成功举办2025年农技微视频团队交流培训。本次培训旨在总结2024年“湘农快拍”工作成果，进一步提升微视频服务团队创作水平，推动“互联网+农技推广”高质量发展。来自双峰、邵东等9个县市区的30余名农技骨干参加了培训。

　　培训中，专家围绕脚本设计、视频拍摄、口播表达等实际问题进行了详细讲解，并特别引入了AI技术在短视频创作中的应用，为学员们带来了全新的创作思路和方法。课堂上学员们积极参与互动，现场气氛热烈。

　　此外，培训还设置了交流讨论环节。各团队围绕如何突破主题瓶颈、创新内容形式、提升团队协作效率等问题展开深入探讨，并分享了各自的工作经验与未来规划。

　　通过本次培训，各团队不仅解决了现阶段工作中的痛点、难点，还进一步理清了后续创作思路。学员们纷纷表示，将继续发挥团队优势，创新思维，深耕农技微视频创作，丰富内容形式与传播渠道，通过农技微视频更好地服务现代农业发展，为推进乡村全面振兴赋能助力。

　　2024年，“湘农快拍”取得了显著成效，全年推出作品221部，播放总量突破558.9万次。在全国农技中心组织的种植业技术推广典型案例征集活动中，“湘农快拍”成功入选20个典型案例之一，充分展现了湖南“互联网+农技推广”的强大影响力。（湖南省农业技术推广总站）
