最新气象监测数据显示，2月我省东部农业区冬小麦整体处于越冬期，受月内气温偏低、降水偏少的影响，冬小麦返青进程延缓。进入3月，省气候中心预测全省农牧区将迎来降水偏多、气温回升的有利气象条件，各地春耕春播工作已进入关键准备阶段。
监测数据显示，今年2月青海农业区平均气温较常年偏低1℃至2℃，降水量减少3至5成，导致土壤解冻速度放缓。省气候中心最新预测表明，3月全省农牧区降水量将较常年偏多1至3成，平均气温偏高0.5℃至0.8℃，气象条件总体有利于春耕备播工作开展。值得注意的是，随着气温回升，土壤浅层水分增大与失墒风险并存，需重点做好保墒控墒。
针对当前农业生产形势，省农业气象专家、正高级工程师颜亮东提出具体建议：农业区应抓住晴好天气窗口，在土壤表层解冻后及时开展顶凌播种，采用耙耱镇压等保墒措施减少水分流失；统筹推进种子、化肥、农药、农机调配等准备工作，确保3月下旬春播高峰期有序开展。牧业区需加强母畜和瘦弱牲畜的补饲营养，对产羔圈舍采取防风保暖措施，特别防范3月可能出现的“倒春寒”天气对新生仔畜的影响。（西宁晚报实习记者 文月婷 通讯员赵海梅）
