惊蛰，万物初醒，田间萌动着活力。
3月5日清晨，7时不到，益阳市桃江县灰山港镇“90后”新农人贺顺赶到育秧大棚里，给土壤消毒、准备育秧盘子、浸泡早稻种子。
“今年是我第一次种田，一次性流转了960亩。”贺顺告诉记者，现在种田靠科技，不像以往那么辛苦，加上还有各种补贴，对未来收益充满信心。
毕业于南京航空航天大学的贺顺，曾是飞机维修工程师。2018年回乡创业，回收利用畜禽粪污生产有机肥，是远近闻名的“有机肥料大王”。
“党和政府重视农业生产，惠农政策很多。”贺顺说，在从事有机肥生产的过程中，尝到了农业政策甜头。今年，贺顺新建了25亩育秧大棚，大棚、厂房、育秧流水线的各级补贴加在一起，占到了投入的50%。
作为种田新手，贺顺早早请教了省里专家和周边老农人，做足了功课。贺顺说，3至5月育秧，6至8月种西瓜，秋冬种辣椒和羊肚菌，仅育秧大棚这项就是稳赚的。此外，双季稻补贴、机插机抛补贴等各类补贴加在一起，每亩水稻的补贴可达400多元。
新农人意气风发走向田野，种田“老把式”也干劲十足。春耕在即，在长沙市望城区腾源农机专业合作社的大棚里，56岁的种粮大户曾火平把农机擦得锃亮、摆得整齐。
“现在村里全部都是高标准农田，种田全靠机器，省了不少成本。”曾火平说，告别过去的“蓑衣丘”“斗笠丘”，种田更高效。今年扩大了育秧大棚面积，合作社社会化服务面积准备增加一千多亩。
去年底，趁着农机“以旧换新”政策，曾火平一次性购入1台收割机、1台旋耕机、1台机耕船、2台插秧机。“都是大马力、性能好的。”曾火平说，“以旧换新”政策支持下，买5台农机比以往省了10多万元。
2024年，湖南粮食产量创近9年新高，水稻面积、产量均居全国第1位。今年如何继续扩大面积、提高产量？“持续加码惠农政策，不断提高农民积极性。”省农业农村厅种植业处副处长龚志明说。
他介绍，省级将统筹安排资金，持续支持集中育秧、机插机抛、社会化服务等粮食生产关键环节。实行优机优补，将17个大类36个小类80个品目的先进适用机具有序纳入补贴范围。开展新型农业经营主体贷款贴息，单个主体年度最高贴息额度从100万元提升至200万元。
今年，湖南计划落实早稻播种面积1800万亩，目前已将全部任务分解到村组、农户。（湖南日报全媒体记者 胡盼盼 通讯员 户晓阳 刘佳敏）
