2月20日从在鄂州召开的全省渔业高质量发展推进会获悉，去年我省渔业生产继续保持稳中有进态势，淡水产品总产量约546万吨、同比增长4.5%，有望连续29年居全国第一，产值约1727亿元、同比增长4.9%。
渔业是我省传统优势产业之一。去年，我省小龙虾、黄鳝、甲鱼、河蟹等特色水产品占淡水产品总产量比重约50%，渔业产业结构持续优化。各地开展增殖放流活动超100场次，放流各种规格鱼类超亿尾，渔业资源养护形势不断改善。全省全年未发生重大渔业安全生产事故，未发生重大水生动物疫情。
今年我省将扩大武昌鱼“华海一号”、翘嘴鳜“武农”1号、瓦氏黄颡鱼等名特优水产品种植养殖规模，深入挖掘小龙虾和黄鳝增产潜力，重振武昌鱼产业，支持发展甲鱼、河蟹、黄颡鱼等优势特色水产业。支持龙头企业创办和领办供应链公司，做大做强“潜江龙虾”“仙桃黄鳝”省级区域公用品牌，实施“百城万店工程”，深入挖掘渔业文化内涵和价值，推进三产融合。同时，将加快池塘改造治理，探索建立水产养殖尾水治理长效机制，进一步改善水域生态环境。（湖北日报记者 汪彤 通讯员 谢毅）
