湘江北去，芦林潭上，浮光跃金，荻花瑟瑟。1月11日，湘阴县农业综合行政执法大队副大队长孙卫星驾驶江豚巡护船，开展例行巡查。中南林业科技大学江豚营、岳阳市江豚保护协会志愿者同船共渡。
“看，江豚！”船刚入芦林潭水域，即见江豚逐浪浪花飞。孙卫星说：“现在湘江水质持续向好，我们巡江时经常看到江豚。”
船行至一处水湾，记者看到，一排排人工设施整齐地漂浮在水面上，仿佛一朵朵盛开的白莲。“这是‘人工鱼巢’，能为鱼类提供一个舒适、安全的产卵环境。”孙卫星介绍。
每年三四月份是鱼类集中产卵季，鱼类会在河滩浅草上产卵，但随着洞庭湖水位下降，鱼类正常产卵孵化受到影响。如何修复渔业生态环境？湘阴县农业综合行政执法大队负责人甘坚锋、孙卫星反复调研取经，最终决定建设“人工鱼巢”。
2024年4月，他们一边争取生态补偿专项资金，一边对洞庭湖湘阴水域进行实地调查，最终选择在芦林潭避开主航道的一片湖洲，开凿出一处水湾，搭建“人工鱼巢”。
“人工鱼巢”以棕榈叶为基质材料、以PVC管为结构材料，共设置160个，每个约9平方米，总面积约1500平方米。它模拟自然巢穴结构，巧妙设置入口，让野生鱼类能自由进出，安心产卵。“‘人工鱼巢’具有更好的附着性和稳定性，能确保鱼卵在产卵板上附着得更牢固，预计孵化率可达60%。”甘坚锋说。
为了确保“人工鱼巢”的效果，湘阴农业农村部门定期对鱼巢进行监测；设立巨幅标识，开展科普宣教，禁止船只进入，提高公众对渔业资源保护和生态修复的认知与参与度。
“‘人工鱼巢’的搭建，有助于洞庭湖鱼类资源恢复和江豚种群的增加。”岳阳市江豚保护协会志愿者彭金辉感慨道，“这是湘阴保护生态与生物多样性的生动实践，也是对大自然的深情告白。”（湖南日报全媒体记者 徐亚平 通讯员 张婵娟 罗海燕）
