湖南“大农科院”建设有新消息。记者11月28日从全省农业科技座谈会获悉，“大农科院”管理体制改革进展顺利，目标明年6月基本完成各项任务。
9月24日，《湖南省“大农科院”管理体制改革总体方案》公布，明确将省农业农村厅所属省微生物研究院、省棉花科学研究所、省蚕桑科学研究所、省畜牧兽医研究所、省水产科学研究所、省水产原种场等6个科研事业单位整建制划归省农科院，与省农科院原有科研事业单位优化重组为15个科研事业单位和1个科研辅助机构，形成科技研发、成果转化与产业培育全链条创新的农业科技创新平台体系。
目前，6个科研事业单位已完成整体转隶，15个研究院的团队整合和学科优化正稳步推进。岳麓山实验室农科院片区项目施工建设已全面完成，165个团队将分批入驻。中国-马达加斯加杂交水稻“一带一路”联合实验室已经获批，我省即将新增一个国家级重大平台。
中国工程院院士、省农科院党委书记柏连阳会上表示：“以‘大农科院’建设为抓手，持续推进全省农业科技体制机制改革创新，将有力提升全省农业科技创新体系的整体效能。”
