智能优选线，360度翻滚的柑橘快速通过筛选通道，不同个头、甜度、成熟度的柑橘自动进入相应分拣区……11月29日，记者走进位于石门县的湖南湘佳橘友农业有限公司，占地80亩的智能优选工厂，柑橘从入库到装箱，80%以上实现智能化。
智能化程度这么高，靠什么？
公司总经理陈凌娇介绍，靠的是“黑科技”——果品智能优选设备。2021年，该公司从新西兰引进国内第一台果品智能优选设备，配套建设容量达4200吨的智能冷库，年处理鲜果能力上10万吨。
“黑科技”设备能在1秒内为柑橘拍下240张照片，快速识别柑橘的规格与瑕疵，还能利用红外光谱技术，对柑橘进行无损检测，准确识别柑橘的糖度、成熟度等，精准筛选分级产品，满足不同的市场需求。
虽有严格的品控管理，但柑橘好吃的关键还是源头。记者现场扫了扫橘箱上的“二维码”，原产地、品种、采摘时间等信息一目了然。
储运部经理陈维介绍，通过发展联合种植户，采用“五统一、一分散”模式，统一种植技术方案、生产物资发放、采收标准回收、分选标准包装、品牌化运营，为分散种植户提供全套优质柑橘标准化种植技术服务，从源头上确保柑橘品质。目前，联合种植基地达1.17万亩。
湘佳橘友开发“智慧种植”App，技术员定期上门走访种植户，在App后台上传果园管理日志，提醒种植注意事项，实行一户一档案管理。
2023年，湘佳橘友走出国门，先后取得加拿大、俄罗斯、越南等国家和地区的柑橘自营出口权和代理加工权。“第一年自营出口就迎来开门红，今年数据更亮眼，出口销售额约3000万元。”外贸部经理易小琼说。截至11月底，该公司今年销售额已超1.2亿元。
