11月 25日，在古田县大桥镇沂洋村银耳种植基地，曾“乘坐”神舟十六号载人飞船到太空“出差”的银耳新菌株HT108迎来第四批次现场测产，吸引不少专家到场观摩交流。
2023年5月30日，古田银耳Tr21芽孢随神舟十六号载人飞船升入太空，历经约5个月遨游，在太空辐射诱变宇宙射线、微重力、高真空等特殊环境的作用下，产生不小变化，经过分子鉴定，确定为新菌株，定名为HT108。
现场生长情况和测产结果表明，该新菌株颜色偏黄，朵型紧凑、耳片厚实。省农业农村厅食用菌技术推广总站研究员黄志龙曾参加两批次该新菌株测产，他很看好新品种的市场远景：“对比目前的主栽品种，HT108总黄酮、总酚含量较高，尤其是总黄酮含量高出60%，更适合作为银耳深加工的原料，发展潜力大。”
据介绍，HT108由福建农林大学生命科学学院教授孙淑静带领菌业研究院团队经过多代筛选、多批次试验培育而成。“目前该新菌株出菇性状相对稳定，鲜重平均增产10%以上。”孙淑静说。
本次银耳新菌株的获得，意味着福建省生物育种和资源创新进程进一步加快。多年来，古田在特色农业的转型升级道路上持续探索，依托校地合作实施科技引领项目，在食用菌新品种开发、新技术引进和栽培能力等方面取得长足进展。目前，古田已开发生产38个菌类，形成“主栽品种规模不断扩大，珍稀菌类齐头并进”的发展格局，是全国开发品种最齐全的食用菌产业县。
