“以前办红白喜事都喜欢攀比、讲排场，现在风气真好，大操大办的情况看不见了，铺张浪费减少了，人情负担减轻了，我们的日子更幸福了！”近日，在湖南安化县冷市镇大苍村的白果树湾美丽屋场里，30余人趁着夜晚的空闲时间围坐一起，热热闹闹地开起了屋场会，唠起村上的移风易俗新规时，年逾六旬的刘大爷发出了由衷地感慨。
这是安化县深化移风易俗专项工作中的一幕剪影。安化县纪委监委联合出台移风易俗领域专项工作方案2个，明确任务书、时间表、作战图，紧紧压实联席会议成员单位主要工作职责，“一盘棋”推动移风易俗实现制度化、常态化。重点聚焦大操大办、党员干部违规操办酒席等7个方面突出问题开展专项整治，为乡村振兴焕发文明新气象。
“我们坚持制度先行，用刚性约束管人管事。”该县纪委监委的主要负责人介绍，安化县纪委监委紧盯党员干部这个“少数”“关键”，实行操办婚丧事宜报备制度，除严格按照时间节点向相应的部门进行报备外，还需说明操办事宜、时间、地点、邀请人数及范围等。同时，对婚丧事宜宴请人数和范围也作了硬性规定。
安化县纪委监委牵头设立举报工作机制，持续畅通群众监督渠道，发动群众参与，鼓励群众对违规操办行为进行举报，严格对婚丧喜庆事宜事前、事中、事后开展全过程监督。与此同时，快查快结相关问题线索，今年来，处置相关问题线索5起，立案4起，党纪处分4人，全县共劝导制止大操大办、滥设拱门气球等问题860余起。
在安化这片茶乡的热土上，文明新风劲吹大地。433个村（社区）将移风易俗内容纳入村规民约，成立红白理事会并制定理事会活动章程，引导群众落实婚事新办、丧事简办、余事不办的各项要求。发出移风易俗倡议，通过“村村响”对倡议进行宣讲。制作《“广播书记”喊话啦 移风易俗一起来》《移风易俗三句半》《新风之韵》等新媒体产品，创作《移风易俗唱新风》花鼓戏作品，通过“三下乡”文化活动进行展演。镇、村设置移风俗专题宣传栏、文化墙，组建微宣讲队伍185支，深入田间地头开展宣讲618场次。
