近日，由黑龙江省农业农村厅主办的“科技金融携手 播种企业未来”科企银企对接活动在哈尔滨市圆满落幕。
省农业农村厅农业机械化处负责人介绍，高效适用农机装备是提升机播质量、大面积提升单产潜力的物质基础。黑龙江省播种机企业在技术上占据领先优势，有望成为黑龙江省农机装备产业优势领域。本次活动聚焦播种机产业高质量发展这一主题，通过搭建播种机企业与高校院所、金融机构的交流平台，推动解决播种机企业面临的技术与融资难题，加快大型大马力高端智能农机装备研发制造推广应用先导区建设，为全面推进乡村振兴、率先建设农业强省提供强有力的机械化支撑。
对接活动中，10家播种机企业、10所高校院所、11个金融机构近60名代表齐聚一堂，交流经验、分享成果、共商合作。播种机企业从自身实际出发，介绍了企业基本情况、面临的技术和融资难题；来自高校院所的12个专家团队介绍了在播种机领域的最新研究成果；银行机构、保险机构聚焦播种机生产全产业链，对农机金融、保险产品进行了推介。
参加活动的企业代表纷纷表示，将积极运用本次对接活动成果，进一步强化与金融机构、高校院所的交流合作，坚持创新驱动，充分借助金融产品的强劲东风，积极运用多元化的保险保障措施，推进播种机产品向着技术先进性、性能稳定性，部件国产化、价格亲民化方向发展，加快推进先进适用播种机在农业生产一线广泛应用。
据了解，年初以来，按照2024年省委一号文件“加快更新气力式播种机”等有关要求，省农业农村厅以建设大型大马力高端智能农机装备研发制造推广应用先导区为契机，在先导区范围内，针对国内最为先进的电控气力式播种机开展优机优补试点，并协调保险机构，创新推出了气力式播种机出苗率责任险，全力支持引导农户“选用好机”，加快推动高性能播种机升级换代，从应用端推动黑龙江省播种机产业发展。据了解，省内47家播种机生产企业2024年上半年销售总额达5.29亿元。
