广西出台政策提高糖料蔗生产机械化水平

日前，广西壮族自治区农业机械化服务中心、自治区财政厅印发《2024—2025年广西糖料蔗良法技术推广工作实施方案》，提出利用两年时间，在全区范围推广机械化耕作种植技术并基本实现全覆盖；2023/2024年、2024/2025年榨季联合机收量和机械化集中除杂量合计分别达到130万吨、200万吨。
为推广糖料蔗生产机械化技术，广西将对糖料蔗生产机械化作业进行补贴。机械化耕作补贴的对象为糖料蔗种植主体；补贴范围和标准为0.9—1.2米（不包括1.2米）行距的机械化耕作130元/亩、1.2米及以上行距的机械化耕作170元/亩。机械化收获补贴的对象为开展机械化作业的主体，包括农民合作社、家庭农场、农业企业、其他从事农业生产经营的组织和个人；根据作业服务主体的作业量进行补贴，标准为联合机收60元/吨、分步式机收260元/亩。其中，机械化割铺或割堆收获110元/亩，机械化集中除杂30元/吨。糖料蔗生产的机收面积和机收作业量按5吨/亩进行折算。
同时，对广西区内收购联合机收（切段式和整秆式）糖料蔗的制糖企业进行奖补激励，2023/2024年榨季奖补100万吨，2024/2025年榨季奖补150万吨。
据悉，机械化耕作补贴实施时间从2024年1月1日开始，至2025年12月31日结束；机械化收获补贴实施时间从2023/2024年榨季开始，至2024/2025年榨季结束；糖企联合机收奖补实施时间为2023/2024年榨季和2024/2025年榨季。
