日前，在北京市昌平区小汤山镇国家精准农业研究示范基地的15号日光温室中，北京市农林科学院智能装备技术研究中心智慧节水技术团队研发的宜机化日光温室的变量智慧灌溉应用场景（以下简称“变量智慧灌溉场景”），实现了宜机栽培下的“大智慧”管理。
“变量智慧灌溉场景通过机械化与数字化赋能，替代了传统人力和传统水肥管理方式，实现了机械化、信息化和绿色化生产协同提升。”中心副主任郑文刚介绍说。
智慧节水技术团队利用物联网、云计算、人工智能等新兴技术，重点围绕“需水感知—灌溉决策—用水调控”关键环节，以提高水分利用效率为核心，开展智慧灌溉系统科学研究、装备研发及集成应用模式构建等工作，为设施、大田、果园等农业生产提供用得起、用得上、用得好的变量智慧灌溉场景。
近年来，我国大力发展东西垄向的宜机化栽培模式，使机械化作业水平大幅提升至70%左右。但随着种植垄向的改变，作物生长的光热气环境也发生了变化，传统的水肥管理模式无法适用。
“变量智慧灌溉场景引入了大田的变量灌溉思路，构建了基于累计光辐射值为触发信号、分田畦为单位的分区变量水肥管理方法，给温室里每一棵作物按需按量浇水、施肥，在保障它们茁壮成长的同时，实现水肥高效利用。整个环节配套团队自主研发的信息化测控装备，让农民在家用手机就能实现生产精细化管理。”团队负责人、北京市农林科学院智能装备技术研究中心副研究员张钟莉莉说。
在15号日光温室里，团队高级农艺师李友丽正在用手机操作，实现水肥自动化管控。张钟莉莉介绍，变量智慧灌溉场景集成应用了团队自主研发的多模态物联网监测技术、分区变量精准灌溉技术及基于边缘计算的智慧管控装备等，可实现番茄动态生长过程的水肥智慧化按需供给。
李友丽介绍，两年试验数据显示，变量智慧灌溉场景下的生菜、番茄栽培实现节水10%以上，作物增产5%-10%，水分生产效率提高15%以上，综合经济效益每亩可提高2000元以上。目前，该场景已经在京津冀等多地推广落地。
