近日，河北省生态环境厅召开“河北省强化农业农村污染治理工作”新闻发布会。今年截至6月底，全省新增完成生活污水治理村庄1624个，累计完成26304个，治理率达到53.4%；全省改造卫生户厕36.47万座、建设公厕2792座、恢复重建粪污处理站144座。
河北坚持因地制宜，不断提升农村生活污水治理水平。“河北印发2024年农村生活污水治理计划，确定重点治理区域，将任务细化到村庄，逐一明确具体治理方式。”省生态环境厅土壤生态环境处处长崔立昌介绍，结合全省农村生活污水治理现状，组织承德市开展北方山区农村“小三园+”灰水资源化利用，并成功申报国家试点。截至目前，全省完成污水治理的2.6万个村庄中，60%以上村庄采用资源化利用模式。
加强省级厕所改造数据平台动态管理，鼓励农户以自备建筑材料或投工投劳等形式参与改厕工作。
在农村黑臭水体排查整治方面，河北制定农村黑臭水体全覆盖巡查监管工作方案，持续组织开展农村黑臭水体卫星影像遥感解译及现场核查，完善遥感识别、现场核实、问题交办、整改要账的闭环工作体系。积极组织各地谋划项目申请国家资金支持，指导邢台、邯郸成功申报全国农村黑臭水体治理试点城市，共计获得中央专项资金支持3亿元，年度支持金额位列全国首位。
在化肥农药减量增效方面，打造化肥减量增效“三新”示范区样板，通过物化补贴，推广施肥新技术、新产品、新机具，创新集成不同作物化肥减量增效技术模式，在全省示范推广“三新”技术448万亩次。在白洋淀流域建设9个绿色防控示范区，以点带面推动绿色防控。在秦皇岛抚宁区开展农业面源污染治理与监督指导试点，有效控制农业面源污染对入海河流水质影响。
在建设畜禽粪污资源化利用体系方面，省农业农村厅组建5个技术指导组，采取分市包联方式，聚焦白洋淀流域、滹沱河流域、秦皇岛入海河流等重点区域，深入基层一线开展技术指导和帮扶。2024年初确定的1000家养殖场粪污设施提档升级任务，目前已完成70%。同时，以中国农科院资环所为技术依托，在安平县打造畜牧业绿色低碳科技服务流动点，推动全省畜牧业绿色低碳发展水平不断提升。
