　　近日，记者从重庆市农业农村委获悉，今年上半年重庆食品及农产品加工产业“半年报”出炉：规上企业总产值达819.75亿元，同比增长5.7%，增速较1—5月加快0.2个百分点。

　　据了解，今年一季度，全市规上食品及农产品加工产业产值408.37亿元。二季度生产提速，上半年全市规上食品及农产品加工产业实现总产值达819.75亿元，同比增长5.7%，食品及农产品加工产业发展势头强劲。

　　“这个成绩，得益于全市食品及农产品加工产业专班抓招商引资、‘爆品’打造和科技创新等措施。”市农业农村委加工处相关负责人说，比如在“爆品”打造上，今年初，重庆聚焦粮油、肉蛋奶等产业，提出了重点打造梅见青梅酒、天友百特牛奶、乌江脆口榨菜、派森百NFC橙汁、恒都牛肉、德庄火锅底料、梁平张鸭子、诗仙太白等“爆品”，引领食品及农产品加工业快速发展，目前“爆品”打造已初见成效。

　　下一步，重庆将围绕升级打造五千亿级食品及农产品加工支柱产业集群，深入实施“头羊计划”，力争今年全市食品及农产品加工产值增长10%以上。
