“大家看我手里的红椒，这是先正达苏菲二号，具有果大、果肉厚，连续坐果能力强、产量高，抗病虫害能力强等特点，也是我们这次收购的重点。”
近日，位于北京市延庆区延庆镇广积屯村的北京茂源广发种植专业合作社正在进行彩椒新品种观摩和收购活动，来自山东寿光的彩椒种植专家及收购方正在向在场的80余户种植户推介新的彩椒品种，大家凝神认真倾听，时不时互相交流种植心得。
北京茂源广发种植专业合作社成立于2009年8月，总部设在延庆镇广积屯村全国设施蔬菜标准园内，拥有种植基地2个，总占地面积1700亩，现有日光温室36栋，春秋棚101栋，露地190亩，以种植西红柿、黄瓜、彩椒等无公害蔬菜为主，2023年引入“苏菲二号”彩椒品种并着力打造成为特色品牌农产品。经营15年来，辐射带动广积屯等周边村庄百余户农民就业增收。
为了搭建稳固的农产品销售渠道，解决种植户的后顾之忧，推动并实现彩椒特色产业高质量、可持续发展，经过镇、村两级前期多次实地考察，2023年合作社与山东省寿光市收购商达成产供销一体化长期合作协议，北京茂源广发种植专业合作社作为北京地区唯一的“先正达苏菲二号”彩椒品种代理商负责大面积种植生产和供货，收购商负责提供种植期间的田间管理和病虫害防治等技术指导，并按照市场价格收购。本年度收购总量预计达100万斤。
彩椒种植大棚里，一排排大红色的“苏菲二号”彩椒如灯笼般垂挂枝头，前来观摩的种植户三五人一组穿梭在田间过道内，边认真听种植示范户的讲解，虚心请教彩椒种植过程中的注意事项，边拿起手机拍照、交流借鉴种植经验。生动的现场观摩教学不仅提高了种植户的管理技术水平，也进一步增强了大家依靠特色农产品种植增收致富的信心。
目前延庆镇广积屯村已申报“千椒百媚”休闲农业园区项目，未来，一所依托优质生态环境和无公害农产品，集吃、行、游、购、娱于一体的特色农业园区将建设落成，实现传统农业向“高新技术、高附加值、高效益”的现代农业转化，以产业振兴助推乡村振兴。
