　　日前从江苏省农业农村厅获悉，江苏将以农产品精深加工为支点，以全产业链发展为主线，大力发展农业新质生产力。

　　具体以“四个突出”为抓手：突出科技创新引领，以“单项冠军”培育打造农业新质生产力重要阵地；突出产业深度转型，因地制宜改造提升传统产业、培育壮大新兴产业、布局建设未来产业，以农产品精深加工角逐未来产业；突出链式深度融合，抓好农产品加工、龙头企业培育、休闲农业发展等重点，推进产业链创新链融合发展、产加销纵向贯通，以农产品加工业发展引领农村一二三产业融合；突出区域联动发展，推动构建科技创新带、优质农产品生产区、农产品加工集群“一带一区一集群”的发展格局，以农产品加工集群建设形成乡村产业振兴增长极。
