“乡里组织开展了洁净村庄、美丽家园行动，周边民宿、农家乐生意越来越好，村民的幸福感越来越强。”日前，湖北省恩施州恩施市太阳河乡双河岭村村民陈柱军说。
近年来，太阳河乡在中央专项彩票公益金支持欠发达革命老区乡村振兴示范区项目的支持下，进行农村人居环境整治和公益性基础设施建设、促进脱贫劳动力就业增收、发展农业特色产业等。依托特色文旅资源，建设红色文化陈列馆，修复红色文化遗址，建成“红色教育”示范线。同时，立足茶文化、灯戏文化、山民歌、土家女儿会等传统民族文化，将红旅、农旅、文旅串联成线，吸引众多旅游爱好者前来休闲观光。
咸宁市崇阳县以中彩资金为杠杆，撬动社会资本多元化投入，依托红色文化教育基地、白芨中药材展销中心等，打造三产融合的郊野公园，建设武汉都市圈自然生态公园城市样板区。黄冈市罗田县通过打造药膳养生体验中心项目，开发养生药膳产品，提升中药材观光游、养生游、研学游质效。
据了解，近年来中彩项目大力支持湖北老区建设，着力推动巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接，先后实施8个示范区建设，示范区总量位居全国前列。湖北通过乡村振兴示范试点，推动革命老区发挥比较优势，用好支持政策和红色资源，打造一批农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足的老区样板。通过项目的实施，各示范区村级集体经济收入稳步增长，基础设施进一步完善，群众生产和生活环境明显改善，红色文化得到很好挖掘和弘扬，并以点带面引领乡村全面振兴、推动老区振兴。
