近日，湖北省“入梅”。据天气预报消息，19—20日、21—24日将发生两次强降水天气，两次暴雨过程短时间内叠加，雨水集中、强度大、致灾风险高，将对在田水稻生产造成较大影响。省农业技术推广总站、省水稻大面积单产提升专家组发布“梅雨期间水稻生产管理工作提示”，要求各地科学应对、抗灾保丰收。
工作提示称，降雨前各地提前疏通“三沟”等排水沟渠，确保降雨后田间积水排出顺畅。若植株长时间受淹，尽快排水，及时将水稻植株上部分露出水面，注意清理叶面淤泥及其他杂物，尽早恢复植株光合作用。雨后如遇高温天气，田间保留适当水层，避免植株受损后，因高强度叶面蒸发导致青枯死苗。
因苗施策，分类田管，打下丰收基础。当前，早稻陆续进入抽穗灌浆期，是产量形成的关键时期，对受淹较为严重的田块排出积水后，及时补施尿素、喷洒叶面肥，增强植株抗逆性，避免植株早衰，促进灌浆结实。再生稻头季处于拔节孕穗期，降雨后田间部分养分会随着排水而流失，要适时补施尿素做穗肥，有条件的可施再生稻专用免追型缓控释肥，一次性解决头季穗肥、再生季促芽肥和提苗肥。全省中稻大部分正处于返青分蘖期，稻田排出积水后，应适时给植株补充养分，采用“上喷下追”施肥方法，促进植株尽早恢复生长；根据秧苗生长情况，因苗因时及时晒田，可采用“轻晒多晒”的方式，减少无效分蘖，控制群体数量。
由于雨后易造成稻纵卷叶螟、稻飞虱、纹枯病、稻瘟病等病虫害大爆发，提示要求各地要及时组织专家和农技人员深入田间地头，精准开展技术服务，扩大集中连片统防统治实施面积，提升防治效果，减少灾害损失。
