“歪风低俗人人厌，文明理事人人夸；廉洁百世芳，孝顺千古美；互帮互助好邻居，互敬互爱好家庭。”在湖南省永州市宁远县仁和镇舂水村，墙壁上、路灯杆上，一幅幅装裱精致的家风家训如春风扑面，触动心灵。
近年来，宁远县以传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化为主线，以好家风好家训促进民风向善向好发展，深入推动村风文明建设，不断提升乡村文明软实力，焕发乡村振兴新活力。遵循注重家庭、家教、家风的要求，深挖家风形成的历史渊源和文化精华，把家庭家教家风建设作为加快推进和美乡村建设的重要抓手，突出示范引领，以身边人说身边事、用身边事教身边人，引领村民向上向善、孝老爱亲、重义守信、勤俭持家，内塑文明“小家”，外筑美丽“大家”。
中和镇坦坝村全面推行积分制管理，从积孝、积善、积信、积勤、积俭、积美等方面进行家庭积分，以积分制为基础，每年底开展“好婆媳”“五好家庭”评选活动，发挥榜样力量。通过修订村规民约，将家风家训融入村规民约中，村民们自觉遵守，互相监督，成了“文明乡风建设”的典型村，先后获得了“全国文明村”“全国民主法治示范村”“湖南省先进基层群众性自治组织”等荣誉称号。
仁和镇舂水村，以前村里一名媳妇曾因为家庭琐事与老人产生矛盾，建好的新房不让老人住，老人生病了也不照顾。后来，村里德高望重的老干部上门做工作，这名媳妇认识到自己的错误，主动把老人接到新家悉心照顾，老人很快康复了。10多年来，该村坚持开展家风家训教育，以文化人，润物无声，先后走出了多所名牌大学的毕业生，该村也成了市文明村。
柏家坪镇曙光新村，是一个易地扶贫搬迁集中安置点，共142户，来自柏家坪镇的7个行政村，其中有34户是瑶族同胞。村西头两亩连片的菜地瓜菜成畦，位置最好、土质肥沃，村里把这块地设成“荣誉菜地”，奖励给“十星级文明户”。该村已经连续评选了五届“十星级文明户”，2020年荣获湖南省文明村称号。大家和睦相处，瑶汉一家亲。
如今，在宁远县，好家风凝聚好村风，好村风滋养好家风，好家风好村风蔚然成风，汇聚起向上向善的正能量。
