“这个桌子很特别，可以给手机无线充电……”几天前，到湖北省恩施州巴东县信陵镇土店子村游玩的游客杨兰发现，村里美食街长廊一旁的几套桌椅安装有光伏板，长廊顶部也都安装有光伏板。
去年以来，国网湖北省电力有限公司在土店子村开展试点，建设分布式光伏、分散式风电、沼气发电以及智慧配电网，打造“净零碳排放”村庄。
过去的土店子村，村民生产生活用能以生物质燃料、燃煤、生物油为主。如今，“绿电”总装机功率达到1871千瓦，每年可发电220万千瓦时，不仅能够满足村内用电需求，还能有富余电力外送。
“以前，我们这里做饭取暖，都是烧煤和柴，灰尘多；现在，全部用电，非常环保，游客来了很喜欢。”民宿老板汪斯说。
在一家全电气化的民宿内，各种现代化设施一应俱全，房间内布置得温馨而舒适，透过窗子可见田野和山峦，令人沉醉。
在试点中，循环经济落地见效。据测算，土店子村沼气发电站每年可处理牲畜粪污3770吨，可发电13万千瓦时；每年产生的170吨沼渣有机肥、3300吨沼液，又可满足全村500亩生态梨园的施肥需求。
看点更多了，乡村旅游更火了。“2022年土店子村的游客接待量只有2万人次；2023年达到10.3万人次；今年不到半年就已超过10万人次。”村党支部书记张文灿说，“我们不仅要让生态更美，还要让老百姓的生活更美。我们有十足的信心做到这一点。”
