　　时下，北京平谷区各大集体林场食用菌种植基地，正迎来赤松茸的收获旺季，平谷区利用林下土地资源，充分发挥生态+，合理搭配林农种植模式，点绿成金循环相生，实现了土地增绿、林业增效、产业融合，走出了一条把生态资源优势转化为经济可持续发展优势的路子，也为乡村振兴做出了有益的成功探索。

　　林下的土地，一朵朵红褐色的赤松茸浑圆饱满，长势十分喜人，预示着它们正式进入成熟采摘期。不远处，农民正忙着采摘、打包、装箱，田间地头一派繁忙景象。

　　作为北京生态涵养区之一，京郊的农业大区，平谷区林地资源优势明显，发展林下经济是平谷产业振兴当中不可或缺的重要一环。2022年以来，平谷区政府制定了一系列政策措施，包括加大财政投入、提供技术支持、加强市场对接等，采取”政府+企业+高校”模式，从林花、林果、林药、林禽等领域入手，着力做强林下经济。

　　林下种植牡丹、芍药是平谷区林下经济发展的重要品类，自2019年10月至今，先后在当地的大兴庄镇、峪口镇、南独乐河镇3个乡镇10个村种下观赏牡丹、油用牡丹、芍药1810.22亩，为当地三镇安置农村富余劳动力120名，村集体每年增加收入20万-30万元。

　　2023年，平谷区积极探索“林业+”发展模式，助力乡村振兴，已发展林下经济2万多亩，带动了千余人就业，实现了逾千万元产值。
