　　近日，按照全国人大常委会委托湖北省开展农业法执法检查方案，湖北省人大常委会副主任刘晓鸣率队赴武汉、鄂州实地检查。执法检查组先后到鄂州市杏福现代农业基地、中新开维现代牧业公司、汀祖镇岳石洪村，武汉市江夏区紫金蔬菜专业合作社、农业综合执法大队等，通过实地察看、听取汇报和与相关负责人交流等形式，了解产业发展、土地流转、农产品安全保障、美丽乡村建设、惠农政策落实等方面情况。

　　刘晓鸣指出，两地深入学习习近平总书记关于“三农”工作的重要论述，坚持把“三农”工作作为经济社会发展的首位工作来抓，依法深化农村改革，大力发展农业新质生产力，全面推进乡村振兴，做了大量工作。

　　刘晓鸣强调，推动农业法全面实施，要进一步提高思想认识，自觉扛起依法治农兴农政治责任。要以大力实施强县工程为抓手，依法保障粮食安全、持续深化农村改革、强化农业科技和装备支撑、确保农民收入持续稳定增长，谱写乡村振兴的“湖北答卷”。要坚持问题导向，采取切实有效的措施解决问题，做好执法检查“后半篇”文章。
