　　25日，记者从福建古田县商务部门获悉，在2024食用菌全产业链（厦门）创新博览会上，“古田银耳”以147.32亿元的品牌价值获得2023中国食用菌区域品牌最佳增长奖，并在“2023中国食用菌产业区域品牌价值评价榜单”上位居第二。

　　“古田食用菌产业基础好、规模大、链条完善，在整个中国食用菌产业发展史上有着无可替代的地位。从古田走出去的菇农，把古田食用菌的先进技术、品种、理念等带到了其他省份，带动了其他地区的食用菌产业发展，成就了国家‘南菇北移’战略的生动实践，为中国食用菌产业的发展作出了里程碑式的贡献。”在此次博览会召开之际，中国工程院院士、国际药用菌学会主席李玉对古田以银耳为代表的食用菌产业给予高度肯定。

　　作为中国食用菌之都，古田是袋栽银耳的发源地和主产区，也是全国最大的银耳商品化生产基地。2023年，古田食用菌总产量92万吨（鲜品），产值63亿元，全产业链总产值达255亿元，其中银耳产量超39.6万吨。

　　朵朵菌菇已成为当地百姓的致富之源。2023年，古田农村居民人均可支配收入达26299元，连续20年在宁德市下辖各县（市、区）中排名第一。
