　　近日，记者在黑龙江省牡丹江市西安区海南乡看到，稻田内农机手驾驶着农机正在对稻田进行整地作业，隆隆的轰鸣声奏响了春耕协奏曲。

　　23日，记者从牡丹江市农业农村局、市农业技术服务中心获悉，进入4月中旬，牡丹江各地水稻扣棚育苗工作全面展开。由于牡丹江各地农作物生长期的光照、温度等自然条件存在差异，位于第一积温区、光热条件较好的宁安市渤海镇等地农民，早在4月上旬就开始水稻扣棚育苗。预计今年牡丹江市水稻插秧面积将达到70万亩左右。

　　据牡丹江市农业技术专家介绍，水稻是牡丹江市农民种植的三大粮食作物之一，分布于第一、第二和第三积温区的许多村庄。为引导广大农民抓好春耕生产，牡丹江市农业技术服务中心向各地印发了《牡丹江市2024年主要农作物优质高效品种种植区划布局》等资料，指导农民根据所在乡村的具体情况，选择适宜的水稻优良品种，坚决杜绝“越区种植”。此外，在指导农民科学选种方面，牡丹江市农业技术服务中心结合今年牡丹江农业生产实际情况，大力实施良种工程，努力提升牡丹江大米的整体品质。

　　牡丹江市农业农村局种植业科工作人员表示，在积极推荐优良水稻品种、指导农民扣棚育苗的基础上，牡丹江市农业部门和宁安等县（市）将形成合力，以响水大米为重点积极打造世界级农产品，通过精深加工增值、发展品牌农业等多种途径提升全市水稻产业的整体经营效益，促进广大农民增收。
