近日，哈尔滨市道外区民主乡的黑龙江省现代农业示范区里举办了一场田间技术交流会，一种由水稻秸秆制成的育秧土吸引了参会稻农的目光。
在标准化水稻育秧大棚内，绿油油的水稻秧苗长势喜人，育秧盘中的底土黝黑松软。黑龙江省农业科学院耕作栽培研究所董文军副研究员介绍，这是一种新型的水稻秸秆育苗基质，该基质可以替代育秧土，在有效解决育秧取土难问题的同时保护了黑土地。
“将离田的秸秆进行腐熟，制成可以作为水稻育苗的基质，插秧时又回归田间，实现了秸秆的原料化与肥料化利用。”董文军说，一栋摆放2000盘育秧盘的大棚可以消耗5到8吨水稻秸秆，这为秸秆部分离田找到了好去处，稻农们纷纷表示愿意尝试这种新型产品。
目前，稻田陆续进入搅浆阶段，交流会现场还分享了一种“无驱动浅水搅浆埋茬”技术，据介绍，无驱动搅浆可在水田中同时完成切压秸秆、秸秆还田、捞平土地等步骤，减少秸秆在水面的漂浮量。
董文军说，这些都是黑龙江省农业科技创新跨越工程农业科技关键技术创新重点攻关项目“水田高产高效栽培技术集成与示范推广”技术要点，此外还包括水稻收获、秸秆均匀抛撒、密肥调控等关键技术。该项目2023年已在桦川县建立核心示范区，水稻产量提高5.7%，今年将在五常市、桦川县、依兰县建立核心示范区，核心示范面积累计达500亩以上。
交流会现场，专家从水稻品种的选择、种子包衣和浸种处理、种子催芽、苗床土和育苗基质的选择、播种量、覆土厚度以及温度和水分的控制等方面进行讲解。稻农们通过参观现场设置的秸秆腐解、耕作模式以及密肥调控等试验，提高了自身对秸秆还田的认知度和接受度。
“今年，我们团队参与了黑龙江省农业科学院2024年科技增粮产能提升示范工程，对接、包联了省内多个市县和农场，我们也希望结合创新工程攻关项目技术培训及高素质农民培育，以科技助力粮食增产、农民增收。”董文军表示。
