绿色是乡村振兴的底色，也是乡村振兴的亮色。近日，四川省“美丽乡村生态环保推介员”颁奖暨2024年乡村生态环保宣传推介活动启动仪式在遂宁市安居区海龙村举行。
此次活动以“享生态文明 赞美丽乡村”为主题，由生态环境厅、农业农村厅、省广电局联合主办，旨在认真贯彻落实《中共中央 国务院关于全面推进美丽中国建设的意见》，大力推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设。
作为人口大省、生态大省，四川农村幅员辽阔，农业人口众多，如何把农村地区广大干部职工、村民群众发动起来，把城乡村落的人居环境美化起来，把得天独厚的自然生态资源禀赋激活起来，是四川农村地区生态文明建设实践的题中之义。据了解，四川省农村生活污水治理走在了全国前列。持续改善土壤环境质量，大力实施农村人居环境整治提升行动，畜禽粪污综合利用率达91%。
本次活动上，对2023年“美丽乡村生态环保推介员”获奖者进行了颁奖。据悉，2023年，生态环境厅联合农业农村厅、省乡村振兴局、省广电局开展了“美丽乡村生态环保推介员”评选活动。经专家评审、网络投票，最终评选出一等奖2名、二等奖3名、三等奖5名、优秀奖10名及优秀组织单位10个。获奖者中，有的是村党支部书记、第一书记，有的是农技员、致富带头人，他们共同讲述着“绿水青山就是金山银山”的故事。
活动所在地海龙村是“美丽乡村”的缩影，美丽乡村生态环保推介员获奖代表吴春花通过讲述“生态海龙”的故事，为深入推进乡村环保宣讲树立标杆样板。
现场，与会领导共同启动2024年乡村生态环保宣传推介活动，进一步发挥好美丽乡村生态环保推介员示范作用，为建设美丽四川贡献力量。
