记者从北大荒集团了解到，北大荒集团今年增发国债项目总投资107.2亿元，截至目前，89个高标准农田项目和9个水利项目已全部开工。
北大荒集团发展战略部相关负责人介绍，今年，北大荒集团落实增发国债高标准农田400万亩。重点建设田块整治、农田水利设施和数字农田等基础设施以及水利工程项目。集团落实增发国债资金水利项目防洪工程和水土流失治理2类9个项目，主要是浓鸭河涝区治理项目和黑土地区侵蚀沟治理工程项目，重点实施治涝面积323.97万亩、治理侵蚀沟1548条。
通过高标准农田项目的建设实施，极大地改善了北大荒集团农田水利、道路、晒场、库房等基础设施，农田综合生产能力得到有效提升，近年来克服了低温、早霜等自然灾害影响，相比建成前，提高10%-20%的产能，抗灾减灾能力明显增强，旱能浇、涝能排，实现大灾少减产，小灾不减产，无灾多丰收；资源利用效率显著提升，肥、药、水的利用率一般提升15%-20%；农业综合效益明显改善，高标准农田亩均节本增效500多元。
据介绍，大力推进规模化格田替代一般格田，有力提升了土地的规模化经营和集约化利用，为打造农业现代化规模经营的标准示范区奠定了坚实基础。目前，北大荒集团已实施格田化改造1913万亩，改造后的亩有效插植面积增加2.7%，作业效率提高15%-20%，每亩节水100立方米。今年计划实施格田化改造280万亩。
通过林网建设、荒地治理，有效改善了北大荒集团特别是西部地区农场的土壤风蚀和沙化，提高了土壤保湿和涵养水源能力，促进了农业生产中的生态保护。
北大荒集团副总经理姜庆海说：“我们努力把国家对黑龙江大农业现代化的支持转化为增产增收的动力，努力把项目建设成为民心工程、优质工程、廉洁工程，夯实粮食生产的根基，为全省实施千万吨粮食增产计划奠定坚实基础。”
