10日，“为千万吨粮食增产注入新动能”研讨会在哈尔滨市举行。国内土壤保护利用领域的专家学者围绕黑龙江省农业产业需求、黑土资源保护与利用、千万吨粮食产能提升等话题展开探讨。
研讨会由黑龙江省农业科学院主办。会上，中国工程院院士徐明岗、中国工程院院士周卫、北京市农林科学院研究员魏丹分别围绕农田土壤固碳增产协同效应及黑土健康保育、肥料产业高质量发展战略研究和“三碳”模式构建与可持续利用等方面作主旨报告。
与会专家、学者通过深入研讨，共同形成了关于“以科技创新培育和发展黑土地新质生产力”的建议，一致认为发展黑土地新质生产力，是未来助推黑龙江省建设“三基地一屏障一高地”的核心要素。黑龙江省应进一步贯彻“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”要求，聚焦黑土地新质生产力发展，强化科技创新支撑，建设“黑土资源保护新质生产力培育”工程，加强原创性、颠覆性科技创新，打好关键核心技术攻坚战，培育先进靶向创新成果，突破黑土地保护“卡点”“堵点”问题，在重点领域实现革命性突破。
专家建议，要优化科技创新资源，重构黑土资源保护利用科研平台，实现生产要素创新性配置。发挥科技推广优势，建立黑土资源保护利用产业硅谷，助推企业转型实现产业先导，实现黑土资源健康可持续，助推粮食产能稳步提升。
