　　近日，吉林省舒兰市平安镇的学明家庭农场，工人们操作半自动播种机，将水稻种子撒在提前铺好的底土上，这标志着全市春播工作正式开始。

　　据气象部门预测，今春吉林市平均气温为7.0℃~7.5℃，比常年同期稍高；降水量为125毫米~145毫米，比常年同期稍多。因天气回暖快，吉林市今年备春耕总体进程将稍早于往年。全市大部分水稻于3月20日左右开始浸种，4月2日左右开始育苗，5月10日左右启动插秧，5月30日前水田插秧基本结束。旱田将于4月8日左右陆续开始整地，4月15日左右启动玉米播种，5月10日前全市完成旱田播种。

　　据农情调度，全市预计实现粮食播种面积1096.4万亩（其中：玉米843.2万亩、水稻186.62万亩、大豆61.82万亩），较上年增加85.6万亩。目前，均已落实到具体地块。

　　农情调度显示，吉林市春耕所需资金、物资储备充足。全市农业农村系统干部群众克服近期降水多、气温波动大等不利因素，提早着手农事活动，抢抓农时进度。组织专家提早制定有效的应对灾害措施，加强防范可能出现的春旱、雷雨大风等不利天气影响，并会同气象等部门，密切关注气温和土壤墒情变化，适时组织各地因地制宜分类推进大田整地、水稻育苗等农事活动，引导农户适时启动春耕播种，为夺得粮食丰收奠定基础。
