站在田边，点点遥控器，就能把地里的菜收获得干干净净。3月22日，记者从国家重点研发计划“油菜产业关键技术研究与应用示范”项目推进会上获悉，由华中农业大学自主研发的油菜薹收获机，正在湖北省恩施开展试验示范。使用该机械，每小时可采收2到4.2亩油菜薹，效率相当于3到4个人工，有利于解决菜薹采收劳动强度大、人工成本高的问题，预计2年后可全省推广。
油菜是我国第一大油料作物，兼具油、菜、花、蜜、茶、肥、饲等多维度利用价值。研究显示，种植菜油两用油菜品种，每亩油菜薹可增收600元左右，且适期摘薹后，油菜籽的产量基本不受影响，是增加油菜种植效益的有效途径。然而，油菜薹收获时，仅收获油菜顶端少许部位，随着油菜的不断生长，其收获高度和宽幅不断变化，机械化收获难度较大。
针对这一问题，华中农业大学廖庆喜教授团队设计出一种龙门式电驱动油菜薹收获机，可依次完成油菜薹切割、夹抛、输送、收集、跨厢面遥控自走功能。该机械割幅1.6米，作业适宜坡度15度左右，单人手持遥控器即可完成作业，丘陵山区也可适用。专家组在恩施、建始等地，采用油料所选育的菜油两用油菜品种“大地199”，建立山区菜油两用增值种植模式，采用龙门式电驱动油菜薹收获机，协同开展技术集成示范，油菜薹田间收获率大于93%，损伤率小于5%。该套技术为山地油菜机械化、高值化发展提供了科技支撑。
