高标准农田建设一头连着粮食安全，一头连着农民增收。去冬今春，北京市通州区漷县镇严把质量关、进度关，大力推进高标准农田建设，实施约1万亩农田改造提升项目，一条条“窄田”变成“宽田”，一块块“小田”变成“大田”。
在李辛庄村，远远望去，沟渠、田块平整化一，呈现出田成方、路成网、渠相连的景象。村委会工作人员介绍，该村高标准农田改造提升项目已完工并投入使用，老百姓可以马上种农作物。改造后的农田特别适合机械化耕作，大大降低了成本。
高标准农田建设是国家巩固和提高粮食生产能力、保障国家粮食安全的一项重要举措。近年来，漷县镇结合农业生产实际，通过大力实施高标准农田建设，全力解决耕地面积分散和机械化程度不高等问题，将零散的“粮地”逐渐变成了“田成方、沟成渠、路成网、旱能灌、涝能排、产量高”的现代化高标准农田，并通过田、水、路综合整治与科学配套，不断改善农业生产基础条件。高标准农田改造不仅实现田块互联互通，还实现水网、田网、路网相连相通，满足机械化耕种、节省成本的同时又提高了粮食产量，实现耕地质和量的双提升。
漷县镇现有4.87万亩基本农田及储备区、2.83万亩现状耕地。虽然2011年-2020年陆续由发改委、规自委、水务局等区级部门建设高标准农田约4万亩，但由于建设时间较早，普遍存在灌溉排水设施老化、田间道路破损等诸多问题，难以适应现代农业对高标准农田生产设施的要求。2021年以来，区农业农村局安排部署了4批高标准农田建设项目，漷县镇域内已建设及正在新建面积共计0.97万亩，计划建设面积1.8万亩。
漷县镇相关负责人表示，通过推进高标准农田建设，极大地激励了农民种田种粮积极性，下一步将全力抓好高标准农田建设工作，把好事办好，确保粮食生产工作稳中有升。
