3·15临近，春耕备耕季，正是用种用肥用药高峰期。为保障放心优质农资有效供给，近日，湖北省农业农村厅联合省法院、省检察院、公安、市场监管等七部门印发2024年农资打假工作方案，并于3月7日在潜江市启动“全省农资打假暨放心农资下乡进村宣传周”活动，拉开湖北省农资打假保春耕的序幕。
3月7日，活动现场设置放心农资区、优质农机区、打假案例及法律法规咨询区，并向农民发放《种子法》《农产品质量安全法》《农药管理条例》等法律书籍及《购买种子需知》《购买农药需知》《购买肥料需知》等宣传资料2000余份。50多家优质农资、农机企业参加，展示了优质种子、生态环保型农药新产品及放心肥料；东方红、江苏沃得等企业展示了新式农机和无人机。当地400余名农户现场订购优质种子3000斤、放心肥料饲料1500吨、大型农机8台、无人机20架。
湖北省农业农村厅相关负责人表示，七部门将加强联动，开展农资打假专项治理，净化农资市场秩序。重点查处以次充好、短斤少两、哄抬价格、串通涨价、“傍名牌”等不正当竞争行为，假冒专利等五类农资制售违法行为。健全行刑衔接机制，形成农资打假合力，为国家粮食安全与农民权益保驾护航。
下一阶段，湖北省将坚持“着力治本、标本兼治、打防结合、综合治理”，从源头加强农资质量监督抽查，积极推行农资信用体系建设，严格实行市场准入制度，大力打击制售假劣农资违法犯罪行为。并且，将宣传入农村、送货到田头、检查到市场，抓好源头治理和市场监管等关键环节，严把生产、流通和使用等重要关口，保障全省农业生产再上新台阶。
