　　顺义区农服中心多举措抓春耕生产，多方位促全年粮菜增产增收。

　　1.提早谋划13.5万亩小麦春季管理措施，遵循“分类指导、因苗因墒促控管理”的原则，重点推广喷灌水肥一体化、绿色防控、防灾减灾等技术措施，确保麦田春管到位，力争单产提升。

　　2.摸清春白地底数，推介适宜本区种植的玉米、花生等春播作物品种和技术，协助农户种好2.9万亩春玉米、0.3万亩花生。

　　3.抓好3万亩蔬菜春季生产管理，为全区12家集约化蔬菜育苗场提供技术指导，保障春季用苗；应用提早扣棚、多层覆盖等技术，促进早春大棚蔬菜、西甜瓜早定植、早收获。

　　4.抓好病虫监测与预报，依托16个村级监测点，定期开展农田杂草、小麦玉米病虫、蔬菜病虫等系统监测及普查。

　　5.加强农机安全服务指导，督促农机组织及早做好各类农业机械的检修、调试、维护、保养等工作，预计1200余台套农机具投入春季生产。

　　6.抓好科技宣传培训，计划春季开展粮经、蔬菜、植保等相关宣传培训4期，保障春耕生产技术措施落实到位。
