一年之计在于春，一年好景看春耕，确保粮食安全稳定是贯彻落实中央一号文件精神的重中之重，首抓粮食生产，北京市顺义区木林镇按下春耕备耕“农忙键”，扎实抓抢春耕备耕好时机，全力抓好春耕备耕生产工作，为今年农业生产和粮食丰收“开门红”开好头、起好步。
强化领导 有序推动
木林镇围绕镇域粮食生产布局，稳定春耕粮食面积，协助各村及农业生产主体理清工作思路，合理规划特色优势产业，按时间节点有序推进工作开展，确保全面完成2024年春耕生产任务。2024年木林镇春白地计划播种5300余亩，其中粮食作物3900余亩，露天瓜菜1400余亩。
春耕生产 农资先行
抓好农资农机保障是确保春耕生产的先决条件，木林镇对镇域内农资经营店铺开展农资储备情况摸底检查，做好其对销售种子、农药、化肥等农资市场的监管，确保农资供应量足、价稳、质优。督促指导农机服务组织对各类农机进行用前检修、保养和调试，确保农资供应充足，农机使用安全。计划投入各型拖拉机、喷灌设备、玉米免（少）耕播种机等机具120余台套，为春耕生产保驾护航。
不误农时 抓好春管
农业生产三分种、七分管，木林镇组织农技人员深入田间地头、农业园区，为农户进行面对面的技术服务，对农作物种植技术、农业机器操作保养、病虫害防治等方面进行技术指导，动员农户适时追肥、中耕除草，有效促进越冬作物生长发育，切实解决农民在生产中遇到的技术难题，增强农民的春耕生产技能。及时发布灾害预警信息，指导设施农业主体加强设施大棚加固维修，提升农业主体防灾减灾能力，推进春耕备耕工作顺利进行。
春种一粒粟，秋收万颗子，木林镇将持续落实中央一号文件精神，深入贯彻落实藏粮于技、藏粮于地战略，抓好粮菜在田管理，全力做好春耕和粮食稳产工作，为全年农业生产奠定坚实基础。
