3月2日，湖南临湘市召丰水稻种植专业合作社一派忙碌。30多名员工在田间拆除破损大棚，清理报废钢材，抢抓时间维修。“能用的材料尽量用，不能用的就购买农膜、钢材重建新大棚。”记者见到全国种粮大户、召丰水稻种植专业合作社社长张兵驹时，他正忙得满身是泥。
受春节前后两轮冰冻雨雪天气叠加影响，合作社3万多平方米大棚受损。其中，1.1万平方米连体大棚全部垮塌，3000平方米小拱棚报废，800多平方米钢架厂房倒塌。
迎战冰冻雨雪天气，张兵驹主动出击，带领工作人员戳穿大棚外层保温膜，让冰雪下落，减轻棚顶压力，保住了部分育秧大棚与辣椒苗大棚。
合作社一个800多平方米的钢架结构育秧营养土厂房的房顶被积雪压垮。张兵驹连夜将农机维修厂房内的农机挪出，腾地堆放“抢救”回来的营养土。其余营养土则留在原厂房内，用农膜覆盖保存。
春耕备耕时间紧，任务重，雨天多。“看到受灾这么严重，我真的有些灰心丧气。”让张兵驹重燃希望的是，临湘市委书记王文华很快来到合作社查看受灾情况。临湘市委、市政府为合作社拨出50万元救灾资金。
“王文华书记发来微信为我鼓劲，告诉我‘保证按时集中育秧，钱不是问题，我们来解决’。”张兵驹告诉记者，临湘市农业农村局还派农业专家现场考察，指导救灾补损，确保大棚重建后农作物生长。
心里有了底，张兵驹带领合作社社员一面抢修重建，一面积极备战春耕。
育秧播种流水线上，上盘、铺土、洒水、播种、盖土、码垛等工序有条不紊。他计划提前试验20亩，观测种子发芽率与秧苗前期生长情况，为春耕“演习”。
“虽然受冰雪灾害影响，但不能贻误战机。集中育秧争取在3月15日前下泥，打好粮食生产第一仗！”张兵驹斗志满怀。
