日前，辽宁省发展农产品加工业领导小组公布了2023年度农业产业化省级重点龙头企业认定和监测结果，辽宁省共认定91家企业为第19批农业产业化省级重点龙头企业，其中朝阳市17家，居全省第2位，每个企业将获得扶持资金50万元；全省监测合格农业产业化省级重点龙头企业432家，其中朝阳市64家，居全省第1位。据悉，至此，朝阳市省级重点龙头企业已达到98家。
培育壮大龙头企业，是全面推进乡村振兴的重要抓手。近年来，朝阳市聚焦食品工业强市建设，围绕肉蛋鸡、生猪、牛羊、蔬菜、食用菌、花卉、杂粮、果药、蜂蜜九条产业链建链、延链、强链，落实“双1、7”招商机制，紧盯京津冀、长三角、珠三角、山东、河南等食品工业发达地区，招引一大批食品加工企业和项目。全力向上争取，落实壮大县域经济、农产品深加工等扶持政策，激励企业加强技术改造、设备更新。立足现有特色资源和产业基础，大力实施品牌建设，持续举办“凌源百合节”“建平杂粮节”“朝阳大枣节”“柏慧燕都美食节”等大型农文旅推介活动，扩大市民认知度，提升产品美誉度，增强市场竞争力。大力拓展产销对接渠道，在京津冀、沈阳、大连等省内外大中型城市举办大型展示展销推介会，打开全国重要消费市场，提高产品辐射面、占有率、影响力。大力挖掘朝阳农产品文化价值、市场价值、经济价值，积极创建国家名优特新农产品、中国好粮油及辽宁省知名农产品品牌、辽宁礼物、辽宁老字号、辽宁好粮油等“金字招牌”。
